What to Expect

Same-day clarity. No surprises.

Every patient gets a written plan with 3D imaging before anything is scheduled. You will know what is happening and what it costs before you commit.

  1. Step 1

    Phone triage

Call first. We triage by symptoms — some emergencies need immediate care, some can wait until later in the day, and a few belong at a hospital ER. We tell you straight.

  2. Step 2

    Same-day visit

If we're the right care, you come in. A board-certified surgeon evaluates you, gets imaging if needed, and explains your options.

  3. Step 3

    Treatment

Most emergencies are resolved in a single visit — extraction, drainage of an abscess, repair of trauma. IV sedation is available if you need it. You leave with the problem addressed, not just numbed.

  4. Step 4

    Follow-up plan

If the emergency resolved an immediate problem but there's a longer-term issue (e.g., implant needed where a tooth came out), we lay out the plan and timeline before you leave.

Why Patients Choose Us

A different kind of oral-surgery experience.

Trained at the level required to operate in a hospital. Delivered in a private, comfortable office.

Same-Day Slots Held

We reserve appointment capacity for emergencies. You're not waiting two weeks to see a specialist.

Hospital-Privileged Surgeon

For serious trauma or complex cases, the same surgeon credentialed to operate in a hospital OR is the one who sees you here.

IV Sedation Available

If you're in severe pain or anxious, IV sedation gets you through the procedure without remembering it.

One Visit, Most Cases

Most dental emergencies are fully resolved in a single visit. We won't refer you out unless we genuinely need to.

Common Questions

Answered.

Is this an emergency? +
Call us. Severe pain, swelling, bleeding that will not stop, knocked-out tooth, broken tooth with exposed nerve, or any oral injury — yes, call now. Mild discomfort or a chipped tooth can usually wait until the next business day. We triage by phone.
What if I need a hospital ER? +
We will tell you. Some emergencies — uncontrolled bleeding, airway compromise, facial trauma with possible fractures — belong in a hospital. We will not waste your time if that is where you need to be.
Do you take walk-ins? +
Please call first. Walking in without calling can mean a long wait if our same-day slots are already taken. A 60-second phone call lets us triage and schedule you appropriately.
Does insurance cover emergency visits? +
Most dental insurance covers emergency visits and the most common emergency procedures (extractions, drainage, trauma repair). We help you check before treatment so you understand costs upfront.
What if I can't afford it? +
We work with you. Same-day financing is available, and we offer payment plans for emergency care. The conversation starts with 'what's wrong' — not 'what's in your wallet'.
